As the Year 8 students at St John’s on-the-Hill School move on to their Senior Schools following such great success in their Scholarship and Common Entrance exams, so does the school itself, which looks forward to a brand new look with complete restoration to the face of the School, now in a cream colour.
St John’s is fortunate to be housed in 450 year old Grade 2 listed buildings, with beautiful old rooms in lovely surroundings, overlooking ChepstowCastle.
Nick Folland, Headmaster at St John’s on-the-Hill explains the reasoning behind the new look; “We want to bring the school forward whilst keeping the charm, elegance and historic values of the building – our brand new-look captures this, and we now have a building which fits the outstanding reputation of the school.”
