The St, Mary’s School in Colchester took a trip to the French Pyrenees. They went climbing, mountaineering, gorge walking, white water rafting and kayaking; this was only a few of the exhilarating outdoor activities the Year 9 girls experienced during their recent stay.
The party were accommodated in a converted watermill in the small historic village of Fenouillet, surrounded by forest, and made the most of the opportunity to improve their French language skills while they explored the local area.
