Girls at the Cheltenham Ladies’ College are celebrating today after achieving excellent A Level results.
The overall pass rate was 99.3%, with many securing places to study at the world’s finest universities. A total of 18 girls received three or more A* grades and 68 were awarded three or more grades at A* or A.
College Principal, Ms Eve Jardine-Young commented: “I am delighted for the girls that their results today have put them in such a strong position for the future, following some superb International Baccalaureate results last month.
“We are very proud of all they have achieved during their time at College, and I know they will have developed skills which will provide a firm foundation for their university studies and beyond.
“Our UCAS offer rate was the highest in recent years, as was our Oxbridge offer rate. US universities also remain a popular choice.”
Last month, a cohort of 17 girls received International Baccalaureate results.
The average points score was 38 and the pass rate was 100%.
