Manchester Grammar School pupils will be travelling in style, comfort and safety for the next academic year thanks to their Bursar Gillian Batchelor (pictured above) who won the use of a 17-seater Red Kite Peugeot Boxer minibus. The fully sign written minibus was delivered in September courtesy of national supplier Red Kite Minibuses.
While attending the annual Bursars Conference at Manchester Central Convention Complex in May, Ms Batchelor was invited along with all the other attendees to participate in Red Kite’s Lucky Six Competition. Now in its ninth year, the competition provides participants with the opportunity to win a free minibus for their school for a year on one throw of six dice. The winner is the player who either throws or gets closest to throwing six, sixes. By throwing 666663 Ms Batchelor became the lucky winner for 2017!
Red Kite Managing Director, John Maskell said: “Our congratulations go to Ms Batchelor and Manchester Grammar School. The Red Kite Peugeot Boxer is our most popular vehicle and we know from past experience the school will benefit in the coming year from having immediate access to safe, reliable school transport and wish them well on their travels.”
